Pick pictures you want to works with them , i will work with 2 pictures(girl picture,flag picture)

using crop tool to cut girl picture



STEP 4

go to Black & White



STEP 5

Change Settings like picture



STEP 6

save girl picture as psd



STEP 7

rename girl picture to map and save as psd

go to flag picture and click
CTRL + A
to select all
and then

CTRL +C
to capy picture





STEP 9

go to girl picture and click
CTRL +V
to paste flag picture as new layer



STEP 10

go to free transform



STEP 11

and resize your flag



STEP 12

go to filter --> distort --->displace



STEP 13

change settings like picture



STEP 14

choose map.psd



STEP 15

change flag layer

from

NORMAL

to

DARKEN
